Genuine Spare Parts

Our Parts Warehouse in Pune helps with all spare part requirements (direct or through our dealers). Orders are dispatched in the shortest possible time with sufficient inventory of genuine spare parts; Fast-Moving Spares (FMS) are always available in stock.

All parts are thoroughly checked for quality and conform to the requisite specifications and standards. We additionally offer 3 / 6 months warranty on select components and assemblies.

Warranty Services

KION India offers standard warranty of 2000 hrs. Or 12 months, whichever is earlier on all MH Equipments. Four free mandatory services are provided to ensure that Equipments provide best performance & uptime.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC)

KION India offers CMC to customers who have large fleet.

Offerings are tailored based on your requirements.
Generally the scope of CMC includes Spare Parts, Consumables, Trained Service

Technicians and Supervisors at site for overall operation of CMC at mutually agreed terms.

CMC offered for minimum of three years it can be extended as needed.

Service technicians will be provided at site for systematic preventive and breakdown maintenance.

KION India undertakes overhauling of its forklifts by providing complete service in terms of assessment of repairs required on your forklift, genuine parts, complete overhaul, repairs or replacement of sub-assemblies and painting of forklift. Complete revamping / refurbishing of old forklifts with up-gradation to current systems or retrofitting of special attachments is also offered. KION India provides 6 (six) month warranty on completely refurbished / overhauled forklifts.


It is very important for owner of a forklift truck to know how to operate & maintain it, in addition to safe practices. It is essential that forklift trucks are properly operated & maintained in order to get best life out of it. KION India offers various training courses for operators & maintenance personnel. On-site training – Operation and maintenance training is provided at the customer’s premises to impart basic maintenance knowledge and safe operating techniques to personnel. Factory training – Advanced training in maintenance and troubleshooting is provided at Voltas Technical Training Centre, Thane. Training is organized as per training calendar published in the beginning of every financial year. Trainings are provided at marginal cost by experienced in-house faculty.
